• Returns are accepted within 14 days for Photocopiers & Printers and within 48 hours for Consumables (Toners, Developers, Ink).
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Warranty & Repairs

• Most of our products, including refurbished printers and copiers, come with a limited warranty.
