Etech Office Solutions is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Our Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return, exchange, or refund for purchased items.


1. Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Photocopiers & Printers: You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Consumables (Toners, Developers, Ink): You have up to 48 hours from the date of purchase to return an item.

If the specified time has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days, and the credited amount will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (refund processing time may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (some banks take longer to process refunds).

4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please:

5. Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
